Shipping Information - NOMAD

At NOMAD, we partner with leading international carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who work with local couriers to ensure that your order arrives directly at your door. We proudly offer free worldwide shipping.

Payment Verification

You will only be charged for the cost of the product, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Shipping Process

We require an average of 3 business days to process your order and send it to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays or if there are stock availability issues (up to 14 days).

Once your order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make any changes, including address changes. We will ship only to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that we only ship during business days, meaning no shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates due to our manufacturing partners’ locations.

Tracking Information

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.

For some carriers, it may take a few days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your tracking information hasn't updated within 7 business days, please contact us.

Please note that while we strive to deliver your order on time, NOMAD cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, or labor disputes, which may cause delays.

Duties, Taxes & Other Fees

If a shipment is refused and returned, the buyer is responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

NOMAD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the carrier. We use the timestamp from the tracking link and delivery confirmation when reviewing claims and may not honor any claims that are not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before completing the order. Once the order is placed, we immediately begin processing it, and changes to the address cannot be made. If your order is already processed and in transit, we cannot retrieve it for an address update.
