At NOMAD, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing you're never stuck with something you don’t love. We understand the challenges of online shopping, and we're dedicated to providing excellent service to ensure that every purchase brings you joy.

Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging is intact.

  • Any sign of damage will compromise the NOMAD guarantee.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include intimate items (e.g., undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

For all returns or exchanges, please contact contact@movenomad.com and provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will handle your request in accordance with the rules outlined here.

Return Shipping (if applicable)

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (2-5 days is typical). If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please email us, and we will investigate further.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to contact@movenomad.com

You must report the damage within 48 hours of receipt. If the damage is not reported within this time frame, we may not be able to honor your claim. We use timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
